At Concrete Blonde, we want our customers to be happy! We know that online shopping is the perfect way to shop at your own convenience, however sometimes goods are just not right for you once you receive them, so for that reason we provide a 14 day returns system.

 

Refunds and exchanges within 14 days

Postage costs are not included in refunds

For exchanges please include a pre-paid postage bag with your return

 

We accept returns on full priced and sale item within 14 days of receiving your purchase. Please contact us upon receiving your items so that we can help you with exchanges.

 

For all exchanges/returns please ensure that all items are free from any odours, tags are attached, and in it's original condition. Please include a pre-paid postage bag with your returns for any exchanges
